The Board of Statutory Auditors of Accounts is the Fondazione's internal audit body and it performs the duties specified by the Italian Civil Code for the board of auditors. It is made up of five acting auditors and two alternate auditors, including the Chairman. The members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Accounts may observe at meetings of the Board of Directors.
