The Founder Members' Assembly is made up of one representative appointed by each Founder Member. The Chairman of the Committee of Institutional Participants attends meetings of the Assembly, without voting rights. Some of the duties of the Founder Members' Assembly are: express recommendations to the Board of Directors on the general lines of the activities of the Fondazione and on its objectives and programmes, express opinions on the draft and final financial statements, and appoint four members of the BoD.
