Ownership and responsibility for the treatment of data provided by the user is the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano with legal and operation offices in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, 32 - 20133, Milano.
Data provided to us in registration forms and in managing user profiles are recorded in protected hardcopy and/or computer archives and will be treated with complete confidentiality by the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano in full respect of Decreto Legislativo 196 del 30 giugno 2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali / Codice Privacy) - Personal data protection law / Privacy law -, on the protection of personal data (Published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale no. 174, 29 July 2003, Suppl. Ord. n° 123, effective starting 01 January 2004). Pursuant to the aforementioned law, the treatment of information will be conducted in observance of the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and in order to protect the confidentiality and rights of the owner of said information.
Pursuant to art. 13 of D.LGS 196/2003, the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano hereby declares that:
It will treat personal information and data provided via manual, electronic and/or telematic means;
The data provided will be used in order to allow the user access to services upon registration, i.e. to notify the user of information about initiatives of the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano and of its founders and/or participant members;
The data provided will NOT be communicated or circulated to third parties without the explicit consent of the owner of the data;
Entering personal data is optional, but the refusal to give this data during registration will render the provision of services upon registration impossible.
The user may at any time exercise all rights provided for by art. 7 of D.LGS 196/2003. In particular, the user has the right to know what user data is present in the files and request its modification, integration and/or deletion.
The user authorises the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano to treat the user's personal data.
