For the 8th consecutive year, IBE – Industry Big Event continues to observe the changes taking place in companies, and so provide a reference framework that is both objective and feasible. The pandemic has put the spotlight on the fact that we have passed the point of no return, and also on the great opportunity we have to deliver change fully and comprehensively, in values, culture, company organisation and methods of buying and selling. The term resilience applied to this perspective is now showing up, but what should the future model be? The convention will provide suggestions, indications and metrics to build a sustainable future that can be embraced as a true opportunity, and to bring about a total change in mentality and a new market balance.

This year, the event is a memorial to Prof. Umberto Cugini and is organised by MindUp Pentaconsulting, in collaboration with Fondazione Politecnico di Milano.
