The new IPN – Italian PropTech Network will be presented at this session. This digital platform, and the first PropTech hub to be made in Italy, is the meeting place for academic knowledge from Politecnico di Milano and real estate businesses operating in Italy, generating crossover synergy in the spirit of innovation and development. The event will include an update on the data obtained by the PropTech Monitor since the 2019 event, revealing how real estate technology, an area in steady expansion, has now consolidated its position in Italy. The session will also cover the impact of Covid-19 on real estate and on the various sectors of operation for Italian PropTechs.

The PropTech Monitor is a tool reporting on the current progress of the PropTech sector across the world, focusing particularly on Italy. The event is open to all IPN – Italian PropTech Network members, all representatives of Italian PropTechs and large real estate companies.
