Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, in cooperation with Comune di Milano and the participation of all SOUL – Smart Mobility Hub Platform consortium organises the event “SOUL: a project to transform Smart Mobility Hubs”. The webinar reflects the needs that modern cities have when dealing with Smart Mobility Hubs development and management. It will provide a good insight not only on the existing barriers in the implementation of Smart Hubs but as well a sound framework of action to allow cities to answer an up-to-date question: “How can data exploitation enable future urban mobility systems to be more collaborative, user-centred, eco-efficient and safe?”.

The participants will have the opportunity to know the answers given by SOUL project to the strong need of overcoming hindrances to the progress of digitalization in urban mobility – planning and enable knowledge‐informed urban mobility hub development. Eventually, it will be possible, to know better the main result of SOUL: a specific DSS for municipalities, able to allow an evaluation of mobility alternatives that cater for distribution of different user-profiles and potential future personas.

In particular, the webinar is addressed to Cities, Cities Club, Cities in the network of the project partners.

The project SOUL has received funding from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, under the Horizon 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
