The event
The mid-term results for BIM4EEB will be presented at the workshop. BIM4EEB is a European project that uses a toolkit based upon elements of the BIM (Building Information Modelling) system for efficient building restoration. The aim is to improve energy behaviour through an open source interoperable platform which can be used by designers, construction companies and utilities to develop exciting solutions for application in building retrofitting. The workshop will present state-of-the-art BIM4EEB tools analysed and developed through the project: BIMeSimulator, BIM4Occupants, Connecting BIM and BACS, BIMPlanner, BIMMS and BIM Management System.
BIM4EEB – BIM based toolkit for efficient renovation in buildings – is financed by the European Commission under Horizon 2020 and coordinated by Politecnico di Milano together with Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, bringing together 14 partners.
