A strategic partnership for the development of the nuclear sector

The Joint Research Partnership Nucleare is a joint research partnership to develop and experiment with evolutionary strategies that make companies competitive in the nuclear sector, creating a Community of Practice, a reference point for sector development.

Objectives are:

• To promote the consolidation of the supply chain and the entire industrial network to support its positioning at the national and international levels.
• To contribute to creating an efficient regulatory context, capable of facilitating investments and certifications, also through the drafting of protocols or guidelines.
• To provide evidence, knowledge, and scientific expertise on the role of nuclear in the energy transition, both at the industrial and social levels: decarbonization, energy security, availability of competitive energy.
• To encourage the adoption of innovative solutions for the supply chain, including business models, sustainable financing tools, and impact analysis.
• To act as a platform for scientific advisors to inform public and industrial policies through the drafting of Policy Briefs, involving international organizations, and supporting transparent communication with citizens and various stakeholders.
