The project
The Se4South project is an initiative of Fondazione Politecnico di Milano with the contribution of Aramco Europe, created with the aim of selecting three technical institutes of excellence in southern Italy to which to allocate a donation in the form of educational opportunities and innovative technological instrumentation for the strengthening of their mechatronics laboratories (mechanics, electronics, information technology).
The initiative aims to support technical training and skills enhancement useful for the development of the area.

The call was intended for technical institutes in southern Italian regions belonging to the M2A national network, with at least one address among:
- Mechanics, Mechatronics and Energy;
- Electronics and electrical engineering;
- Computer science and telecommunications.
